In 2010 the introduction of RI dipping film technology with equipment, compared to the previous semi-automated extrusion process significantly improved. After engineering staff on film dipping equipment & production line process to modify , make film rods more excellent performance. We had automatic dipping film equipment 8stes, drying furnace oven 2sets, the capping & sorting machine more than 30sets, RI metal glaze film rods can be produced to 80 million monthly. Four production lines with cutting & welding & coating equipment can be produced 60 million monthly of high voltage metal glaze resistors. The company has a surge & ROHS & life reliability test equipment. In order to expand production capacity and develop high-end metal glaze resistors, we had new drying furnace oven & cutting machine & coating line on 2015, also imported professional high-voltage coefficient testing equipment from Japan.
